Bucket Purses

Bucket purses are much the same as a bucket bag. The big difference lies in the size of each, the purse is smaller. They have the same physical characteristics, round bottom, usually soft, one or two straps and they are taller than they are wide. The size where they stop being purses and start being bags is not set, as there is no specific measurement or size that sets the border between them.

Most women use purses when they go out with their friends for lunch or to some kind of reunion or event. Purses are more comfortable because they are smaller than bucket bags. Women choose purses when they do not need to carry all the things they usually carry in their bags. They are the equivalent of cocktail purses for daytime use.

Most of them have the same characteristics bucket bags have inside. Two side pockets, one with a zipper, the other without, a key clip or hanger and enough space to carry the items she needs for an afternoon outing. Her wallet, coin purse, and makeup kit will fit perfectly without bulging the purse and will still have enough room for a few of more items.

These purses are made to close with a zipper or clasp and even with a snap strap. Some of them are designed to be open and so they do not have any closing device. Since they are smaller than the bucket bag, they will keep their shape when you set them down. Bags are large and tend to fold over when they are set on a table, purses don’t, and they remain standing which is one reason for you to choose patterns and colors that are attractive and lively.

Light, colorful flower patterns are a definite favorite for brunch or coffee with the girls. A black purse is also a good idea to wear to work or any business meeting or meal. Make sure that you buy the black purse with some kind of metallic decorations to liven it up and open the possibility for you to use it with colored clothes too. These colored clothes should have solid colors and not patterns.
 
Their prices are a bit cheaper than bags but not much. In much the same way as bags, a designer purse can be very expensive. The material it is made of also has much to do with the price. Leather is the most expensive followed by canvas with cotton fabric being the cheapest. This does not mean that a designer fabric purse will be cheaper than any leather purse; we are just establishing the price difference based on the materials not the design or style.

Every woman should have a bucket purse, light, pastel colors will match with almost anything. A couple with flower or design patterns in different colors will also allow you to combine them with clothes that have any of the colors in the pattern. When buying, choose your purse wisely, it will save you money and a lot of heartache when putting an outfit together.
